Tips dan Cara Menambah Tinggi Badan - Beberapa waktu lalu saya pernah diolok-olok oleh teman dan dosen saya karena tinggi badan saya sangat rendah pada saat itu sekitar 150 an cm saja. Ini tergolong pendek untuk ukuran orang indonesia. Karena olokan tersebut, timbul niat yang baik agar sekiranya saya harus menumbuhkan tubuh saya agar tinggi sepeti model-model yang ada di televisi. Dan tentunya itu tidaklah mudah karena untuk menambah tinggi badan harus membutuhkan konsistensi, waktu yang cukup lama agar perubahannya terlihat.

Setelah beberapa saat saya mencari dan terus mencari bagaimana cara menambah tinggi badan dengan cepat ternayata banyak tips dan triknya di google. Tapi kebanyakan dari mereka adalah HOAX atau palsu. jadi saya mendapatkan cara dari teman saya dari fakultas olahraga yang tinggi badannya sekitar 180 cm, cukup tinggi untuk ukuran orang indonesia. Berikut adalah tips menambah tinggi badan secara alami.

Tips dan Cara Menambah Tinggi Badan Versi teman saya di fakultas olahraga

1. Stretching : gerakan meregangkan badan. Sehingga tulang- tulang punggung tertarik memanjang. Jika gerakan ini dilakukan secara rutin dan intensif maka dapat membantu merangsang penambahan panjang tulang-tulang punggung.
2. Hanging : bergantung dengan kedua tangan. Gerakan ini sangat merangsang pemanjangan tulang-tulang punggung.
3. Kicking : menendang-nendangkan kan kaki. Gerakan ini merangsang pertumbuhan tulang kaki sehingga memanjang secara optimal.
4. Biking : bersepeda dapat merangsang pertambahan panjang kaki. Menapak pedal secara rata, tidak jinjit. Punggung tegap, tidak membungkuk. Jika setiap hari bersepeda dalam jarak yang cukup jauh, dapat membantu merangsang pertambahan panjang kaki.
5. Swimming : Pada waktu berenang, seluruh badan mengalami peregangan dari badan sampai ujung kaki. Disamping itu, gerakan renang hampir melibatkan semua otot-otot tubuh.
6. Olahraga basket atau voli sangat baik merangsang pertumbuhan badan. karena tubuh sering melakukan loncatan-loncatan keatas. Loncatan melawan gravitasi, menimbulkan peregangan pada seluruh tubuh.

Tips dan Cara Menambah Tinggi Badan Versi teman saya di fakultas olahraga

1. Perbanyak olahraga ketika pagi, dengan mendapatkan asupan vit. D dari sinar matahari, maka akan membantu pertumbuhan tinggi kita, olahraga yang sebaiknya dilakukan antara lain
   • Basket
   • Volly
   • Jogging, dan,
   • Renang
2. Cukup istirahat tidur 7-8 jam sehari secara teratur dan bangun pagi.
3. Cukupi gizi dengan konsumsi nutrisi dan vitamin. Banyak minum susu berkalsium tinggi dan zat besi.
4. Makan teratur dan hindari stress
5. Bila Memang diperlukan, minumlah obat peninggi badan alami
6. Yang terpenting, ingat berdoa, biar cepat tingginya, usaha tanpa doa gak akan berhasil brow.

Itulah beberapa Tips dan Cara Menambah Tinggi Badan  versi teman saya yang tinggi dan akhirnya setelah memperagakan setiap tipsnya selama 2 bulan tinggi badan saya naik sekitar 10 cm. Jadi sebelumnya sekitar 155 cm bertambah 10 cm akhirnya menjadi 165 cm. Sudah ukuran standar bagi tinggi badan orang indonesia.Jadi buat kawan-kawan yang tinggi badannya kurang memuaskan bisa mencoba cara diatas dan berdoa'a agar bisa mendapatkan tinggi badan yang ideal.
